Introduction

Professor and Classmates. I would like to welcome all of you to feel free to post your thoughts on this blog. I have had a time with this process it was kind of confusing to me on some of the steps. I made it through with much time, trail, and error. The class discussion on relaxation exercise was interesting it is a process I must learn to do more of in time to come. I have learned some of those steps in life in general. It was necessary for me when my twins who have special needs get out of hand. I learned to do the deep breathing exercise and try to relax before I react to certain issues that arise. It has been very useful in keeping my sanity. I was being sarcastic but also telling the truth. It is a process that is learned and comes easier the more you practice it. I have learned much patience over the years.

  1. Hello,

I am sure you have a hard time finding the time to relax when you are so buys with twins. I don't even have children at the moment and I have a hard time finding the time to relax as well. Anyways, I found it a little difficult setting up my blog as well. I have never had a blog before AND I am not very smart when it comes to technology, so I must say that I was intimidated. However, I am glad that we both got it figured out. Have a great week!

  2. Hey there,

You are definitely right when you say that it is a process that is learned and becomes easier with practice. As we already know, practice makes perfect ;) Well, not perfect, but that's where the aim is, right? I have also learned that in order to fully benefit form these sorts of exercises we must be consistent. This can be hard with the hustle and bustle of everyday living in our society!
